Our standard hours for IT support are 9am to 5pm. However, we also offer both extended hours and 24-hour IT support for Kent organisations that operate non-standard hours or who have international operations.

As per our SLA, we address all support requests within 2 hours - though in practice requests are typically addressed within 20 minutes. We also prioritise requests on severity, so business-critical issues are addressed first.
