How Quickly Do You Respond?
Our contractual service level agreement guarantees a response time to IT issues of 2 hours. Although this is where we set our SLA, we have an average response time of between 20 and 25 minutes, prioritising issues based on severity. This means if you have a business-critical issue, we’ll be with you first.
