With the system hosted in our environment, backup management is fully handled by Akita. Backups run automatically, with routine testing to ensure reliability. Our standard service includes a 14-day retention window, allowing for rapid recovery of recently deleted or lost data—minimising risk and downtime.
Managed Email Without the Overhead
In addition, Greenaway benefits from a fully managed email service, removing the need to maintain an in-house mail server. This delivers enterprise-grade email with built-in filtering to protect against spam and viruses, ensuring both security and professionalism.
