Firstly, Thank You

2016 has been a momentous year for Akita and we would like to thank every single one of our customers and suppliers for their support over the past 12 months. We strive to be the best IT provider in the marketplace but we appreciate that it is our clients and our people that makes Akita what it is.

The Akita Team Continues to Grow

Apart from moving into a new head office, we have further expanded our team of engineers throughout 2016 with David, Luke, Matthew (not to be confused with Matt!), Thomas (not to be confused with Tom!) and Alfie. Our back-office team has also been boosted by the additions of Becca and Sonia.

We welcomed numerous new clients in 2016, unfortunately a few too many too mention individually, and we look forward to a providing first-class services to all clients throughout 2017. Our business grows by referral so please do not forget to recommend Akita!

Contacting Akita over Christmas

Of course, our support team will be on hand throughout the Christmas period – yes, even on Christmas day – and clients with 24/7 support will be able to contact the engineers through the main support telephone number (01732 762675).


For accounts and administrative queries, our back-office team will be in the office from Wednesday 28th December until Friday 30th December, and then back in from Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
